Sofas/Couches An average sofa or couch is generally 6 to 7 feet long. Any piece over this size might be considered over sized or even considered a sectional so it would be charged extra. The price to clean a sofa or a couch usually ranges between $10 to $20 per linear foot. This means that the average price for cleaning a 7 foot couch or sofa would be between $70 and $140.
Sectionals A sectional is generally considered any piece of upholstery that is over 7 feet long and composed of multiple pieces. They are generally priced by the linear foot, measured along the backside of the furniture. Expect to pay between $10 to $20 a foot to have a sectional cleaned.
Recliners/Wing-back Chairs The average price for cleaning a recliner or a wing-back chair is $50 to $100 depending on the method being used and the material that the upholstery is made of.
Dining Chairs Dining room chairs are formal chairs consisting of a fabric seat and back on a wooden frame. Expect to pay between $10 to $20 a piece ot have a dining room chair cleaned.
Kitchen Chairs Kitchen chairs are similar to dining chairs except they are usually an informal chair and consist of more fabric. Usually the arms and legs are also fabric. You should expect to pay between $10 to $25 a piece to have a kitchen chair cleaned.
Ottomans An ottoman can range from very small to very large. Because of this the price would range from $10 for a small foot sttool sized ottoman to $5o for a large ottoman.
Mattresses With the expense of today’s mattresses, many people are choosing to have them cleaned. Expect to pay between $40 to $80 for a mattress cleaning depending on the size.
