Cleaning Tips
Buying A Vacuum
Do you know how to spot a good
vacuum? Don't necessarily buy the most expensive one. You can get a
perfectly good vacuum for around a hundred dollars. One thing to look for
is a beater bar. When you look at the brush on the bottom of the vac, it
should have a row of bristles and a raised metal bump. This bump helps
separate the pile of the carpet helping the vacuum work better.
Carpet Cleaning Preparation
When preparing for your cleaning companies arrival, be sure to pick up
toys and other clutter on the floor. If they will be moving furniture,
have breakables removed in advance. This will assure a smooth appointment
for both you and your cleaner.
